Adding Your Family Members

Add up to 6 family members to your account profile so you can allocate impacts to specific individuals and track each person's giving journey

Once your account is created, you can add the names or nicknames of your family members on your profile. These names are simply added to keep track of the giving that is done for the family member and they are not added as separate users. When you create an impact, simply select a family member from the dropdown to assign that giving to them.


How to add family members

Click Your Family Icon (top right) → select Manage Family Profile

Scroll to Family Members (Optional)

Add up to 6 names or nicknames. If you want to add more, you can upgrade to Family Plus too.

Click ‘Save Family Profile’

💡  Good to know

Your account is managed by one administrator. Adding family members simply allows impacts to be allocated to them — no separate logins needed. Each member's individual totals are visible on your dashboard and in the mobile app's Impacts tab.
