Do I need to pay for the starter Tokens? New Free Family accounts may receive some starter Tokens for free if you received and used a special referral code. When your Tokens run out, you can purchase additional Tokens from the Tokens & Billing page. There is no subscription fee for the Free Family account. |

If I sign up using a referral code, will I receive extra Tokens? Yes — when you join using a referral code, both you and the person who referred you may receive some Impact Tokens. Some codes may also unlock Family Plus access automatically if someone gifted you the special account.. |

Can I share my giving after I've created an impact? Yes! After every giving action you'll see a sharing screen with pre-filled captions for Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. |

What is the difference between GIVE and PROJECTS in the navigation? GIVE takes you directly to B1G1's Global Projects for instant giving. PROJECTS opens the list of B1G1 Projects. If you have the Family Plus account you can access the full list with 300+ projects searchable by, category, country and cost. |

How many family members can I add? You can add up to 6 family members to your account. Adding members is optional — it simply lets you allocate impacts to specific people and track individual contributions. If you upgrade to Family Plus account, you can add up to 12 members. |

What if my country is not on the supported list? The B1G1 for Family app is available to download worldwide from the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. However, if your country is not yet supported for registration, you'll be invited to join a mailing list when you try to sign up. You'll be notified as soon as the Family Program becomes available in your region. The 45 supported countries are: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Uruguay. |

It includes all key features: giving (Give tab), browsing projects (Projects tab), viewing impact history (Impacts tab), and managing your profile and settings. The app also includes the exclusive "Our Giving Ritual" feature for building a family giving habit. If your country is not yet supported for registration, you can join the mailing list directly from the app to be notified when it becomes available in your region. |

What is Our Giving Ritual? Our Giving Ritual is a mobile app feature that lets you schedule a regular family giving time — either a Weekly Giving Day or an Evening Giving Moment. You choose the day and time, and B1G1 sends a reminder so giving becomes a natural family habit. |
