If you've recently joined B1G1, we'd love to help you get started.

During your onboarding session, we'll:

• Walk you through your B1G1 account
• Help you set up your giving
• Answer any questions you have
• Show you how to make the most of your membership

This session is designed to help you feel confident from day one.

Already a member but need some assistance?

Book a support call if you:

• Have questions about your account
• Need help finding or using a feature
• Want guidance on your giving
• Need help resolving an issue
• Have any other B1G1-related questions

What Happens Next?

Once you've selected your preferred call type:

1. Choose a date and time that works for you.
2. Enter your details.
3. You'll receive a confirmation email with your meeting information.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can do so using the links provided in your confirmation email.
