B1G1 is built on the principle of micro-giving — a process that transforms even the smallest contributions into meaningful outcomes. Every project in B1G1 defines its impact at the most granular level. For example:

• 25 Tokens (= US$0.25) = one meal provided
• 100 Tokens (= US$1) = one tree planted
• 25 Tokens (= US$0.20) = one day of school for a child

This means that every Token your family gives is linked to a clear, measurable action — not an abstract donation.

B1G1 also does not take anything from your giving to ensure transparency and effectiveness. 

Micro-giving also ensures accessibility and inclusivity: anyone, anywhere can contribute and see how their acts add up. The collective power of these micro-impacts — from families, businesses, and individuals — has created hundreds of millions of measurable giving actions worldwide.

This ‘Power of Small’ approach helps everyone, especially children, understand that even tiny acts of kindness can ripple into global change.
